Day 1: Pick up & transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
A delicious breakfast will be enjoyed early in the morning and after, begin your journey to Lake Mburo National Park in Western Uganda. This is your key birding destination as per this unforgettable 3 days Uganda savanna birding tour. The 4-5 hours drive road trip includes a stopover at the Equator crossing. Have a great time taking photos and stretching your legs then proceed to the park.

Day 2: Full day bird watching excursion –Lake Mburo trails
Embark on a long day birding excursion in Lake Mburo National Park. Explore the park’s rich trails with a local guide while you identify your bird species and also some savanna wildlife like elands, impalas, zebras, and more. The list of birds to be spotted today is endless and includes the Carruthers cisticolas, papyrus gonoleks, bare-faced go-away bird, African scops owl, Abyssinian ground hornbill, African finfoot, mosque swallow, brown-chested lapwing, blue-breasted kingfishers, greater painted snipe, hairy-breasted barbet, red-headed weavers, brown chested plovers,
Lesser blue-eared starlings, red-billed wood hope, red-faced barbet, green-capped remotely, black-shouldered cuckoos, sulfur-breasted bush shrikes, coqui francolins,

Day 3: Morning game drive & depart
