Our fleet of Vehicles

We use 4×4 Safari vehicles with pop-up roofs for easy photography and game viewing of different sizes. We assign a vehicle to do the trip depending on the number of people on the tour and according to the budget of our clients. We have long extended land cruisers, Short land cruisers, Customized Safari vans, and Super-customs that we assign to run our trips. In the event of any calamity or challenge that may happen while on the trip, we respond quickly and provide a quick solution to ensure clients don’t miss any activity.

More so, we offer a self-drive to visitors or couples on honeymoon on their vacation. We do so as long as you trust working with us and under our set standards and procedures for car hire.

Areas of specialization

We specialize in safaris which include but are not least: gorilla tracking and habituation experience, chimpanzee tracking and habituation, golden monkey tracking and habituation, bird watching, nature walking, mountain climbing, white water rafting, Kayaking, and sport fishing, among others. All these can be tailor-made for your safari, depending on the duration of your safari.

Booking Terms

At Safari Vacation & Travel Services, we allow our clients to make a prior booking for a safari for 40% to confirm your safari with us, and the remaining balance will be paid 6 weeks before your travel date. This is because we aim to provide adequate, timely, and efficient services.

Therefore, booking early with us helps us arrange and plan for your safari in time so that by the time your dates arrive, everything will be arranged accordingly. More so, we arrange booking gorilla and chimpanzee trekking permits, which we recommend you purchase as early as possible; 4-5 months before your suggested dates to secure your availability. In instances where you happen to send us money and it is delayed and the dates are taken, we shall be able to refund you or advise you accordingly on the available dates, so that you can be able to make adjustments to the dates and continue with your planned adventure.

Booking and arranging your holiday is our priority, handled by our dedicated travel consultants. Each visitor is assigned a consultant who works closely with you to plan and organize your safari to ensure complete satisfaction. We then assign you an experienced travel guide who will assist you from the moment you arrive in Uganda or Rwanda until your trip concludes.

We also maintain continuous follow-up before and during the safari to address any inquiries or adjustments you may need, ensuring your satisfaction throughout. This process also helps us gather valuable feedback for future improvements.
