Horseback riding safaris in Uganda

Horseback riding is one of the unique experience that you can tailor make on your safari to Uganda and is currently commonly conducted in Lake Mburo National Park and Murchison Falls National Park however there are several sport centers which are adopting the practice in different locations of the country. Horse riding rates are based on the amount of time you will be with horse while out in the wild – 1 hour ride costs US$ 40, 2 Hour ride costs US$ 70, 4 hour ride with picnic breakfast costs US$ 90 and full day horse ride costs US$ 200 with picnic breakfast and lunch.

• Be gentle and free with the reins
• Mount the horse with confidence
• Sit upright and relaxed. Do not sprawl
