Day 1:

Arrival and Bujumbura City Tour

Safari Vacations and travel services driver/guide will pick you up and Depending on your time of arrival, you shall be briefed by your tour guide about the 3-day Burundi safari and thereafter proceed to the hotel, check-in, and get to relax. After, you shall have a Bujumbura city tour to get in the know of the culture and history as well as the current lifestyle of the people of Burundi and the country itself. The Bujumbura city tour has you visiting places like the cultural and snake museum, the city hall, and the Islam Culture Centre.

Day 2:

Chimpanzee Tracking, Late Afternoon Nature Walk

On this 2nd day of your 3-day Kibira safari, you shall wake up to a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel early in the morning. Thereafter, you shall proceed to Kibira National Park on a road drive or about 1 hour and a half, for your chimpanzee tracking experience. Enjoy the road drive as you get to see the countryside of Burundi. You shall arrive just in time to join the chimpanzee tracking team.

Enjoy a chimpanzee tracking experience in Burundi, as you also look out for other wildlife in the park including birds, baboons, and several plant species. Spend some time with the chimpanzees and thereafter track back to the starting point from where you shall meet your driver guide who shall take you to a selected restaurant for lunch. Enjoy your lunch leisurely, and thereafter head out for a late afternoon nature walk. During the nature walk, enjoy game viewing and also birding. You shall proceed thereafter for a transfer to your hotel, from where you shall enjoy a sumptuous dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3:

Departure to end the 3-day safari

On this last day of your 3 Days Burundi safari, you shall wake up to a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel leisurely. After, proceed to check out of the hotel and be met by your driver-guide for departure and be dropped off at where you shall connect for your next activities or be dropped at the airport for an outbound flight.
