Gorillas are sectional and the sectors are led by adult males who may be silver or black back gorillas, so if two gorilla families meet, the less powerful silver or black back may go so far exceeding their home range of around 1sq km radius range on daily basis and this may change and it makes trackers fail to locate the gorillas easily.
