Day 1: Pick up from Kigali and transfer to Bwindi National Park

Upon arriving at Kigali international airport, our representative will meet you, brief you about the safari, and take you on a city tour. Explore craft villages, local markets, and the genocide memorial. Have lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Cross the border into Uganda through Katuna and check into your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

Start your day with an early breakfast and packed lunch. Head to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing, where you’ll learn the rules. Grouped with 8 members, follow an experienced guide into the forest to track gorillas. The trek could last 1-6 hours. Encounter other primates, birds, and butterflies. Spend an hour observing gorillas in their natural habitat. After, return to the lodge, refresh, check out, and drive to Lake Bunyonyi. Arrive in the evening, check into your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Canoe ride and transfer to Kigali International Airport

Learn about the islands, listen to folk stories, and observe local communities. After the ride, check out of the lodge and journey back to Kigali with an en-route lunch. Drop-off at Kigali airport for your departure flight or preferred location.
